This business network is considered a crucial competitive advantage of CWN. In addition, Mr. Tai has a proven record in successfully running start-up ventures. In 1998, he founded NAI Interactive Ltd., which is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of ChineseWorldNet.com Inc. Over the past 5 years, he has served as the president of Goldpac Investment Ltd. Furthermore, Mr. Tai was the director and advisor for numerous publicly listed companies. Mr. Tai has used his resources to help raise over $100 M USD in the public markets for various projects and companies over the past 8 years.

Mr. Szeto has accumulated over 15 years of operational experience from several IT businesses before working for this company. In addition, prior to joining CWN, Mr. Szeto was involved in the start-up of an international computer manufacturing company based in Vancouver. That company possesses large-scale manufacturing facilities in both Hong Kong and PRC, and its annual sales exceed $30 million CDN. With these extensive experiences, along with his valuable skills and business knowledge, Mr Szeto is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CWN.

Mr. Chan is responsible for the corporate development and marketing strategies for the company. His fields of expertise include mining, resource, and China-related industry. In addition, Mr. Chan has established a broad network of business relations within the financial and investment community. This network is exceptionally useful in progressing and strengthening the developments of the company. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Metals & Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is also an active contributor to the Investor Relations industry, and is currently a member of the NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute).

Mr. Yang is responsible for the content development of the CWN platform. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Yang has over ten years of working experience in the commercial banking, investment banking and investment consulting fields. He also holds a MBA degree from Vrije University of Brussels, Belgium. With his financial knowledge, credentials, and language skills, Mr. Yang is in charge of bringing timely, valid, and useful information to our platform users.

Mr. Feng is the administrator for all the systems in CWN. He is responsible for the technicalities of the five websites hosted under the CWN platform, as well as the maintenance of our users' databases. Mr. Feng has over five years of experience in system management and database administration, therefore he is well-capable of operating and coordinating the CWN systems to run smoothly and accordingly.

Mr. So is a specialist in web design and development in our IT department. Mr. So has worked in the field of website development and graphic design in North America since 1997. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from the University of Lethbridge, Canada. The experience and talent Mr. So brings to our company is incredibly beneficial to the online and web-based aspects of the CWN platform.

Ms. Lau is responsible for coordinating the Global Chinese Financial Forum (GCFF) and overseeing the development of the company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance, from the University of British Columbia - Sauder School of Business.
