Mr. Ing is Chief Executive Officer of Maison Placements Canada Inc. based in Toronto, Canada. He brings with him over 36 years of investment experience with a background in equity research, portfolio management followed by a lengthy career in investment banking. Mr. Ing specializes in the precious metals sector, experienced in investing in the mining sector, and has established working relationships with numerous resource companies. He has served on various industry committees including serving as Chairman of Toronto Stock Exchange Stock Listing Committee since 1993.

DR. Edward Y. K. Wong received his Ph.D. from Harvard University. He was "Distinguished Visiting Scholar" at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a consultant in software application for a supercomputer firm.

Dr. Wong has worked for several financial institutions in the United States and Hong Kong for many years. In additional to the many years of experience in finance, investment and derivative products, Dr. Wong is also an expert in electronic business and energy. Dr. Wong is a director of Haywood Investment Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong.
